Job summary

Lineage is hiring for a warehouse associate to operate a Turret machine, pick, pull, and move pallets in a fast-paced environment in Chicago, IL. You will follow safety standards and company procedures while staging materials for storage and distribution.

Responsibilities include accurate labeling, timely order pulling, equipment checks, and assisting with freight and equipment relocation. A flexible schedule and ability to work in cold environments are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the official language of the country.
• Work in cold storage and dry storage while using PPE and freezer gear.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs, weight may vary by facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Write the order number, receiver name, and quantity for every pulled item.
• Report bad tickets immediately to the lead.
• Pull all orders in a timely fashion.
• Assist with freight and locating products after pulling orders.
• Report broken pallets to a supervisor.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain and charge batteries.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
