Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Leader to plan, assign, and direct activities in a cold storage facility. You will supervise a warehouse team, drive performance, and train staff in Arcadia systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

In this role, you will uphold GMPs, safety work rules, and OSHA standards while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The position requires flexibility for shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a warehouse team to achieve goals and maintain safety standards.
• Training and retention of staff with a focus on performance improvement.
• Strong communication to convey goals, vision, and direction across departments.
• Ability to identify underperformance and coach employees constructively.
• Experience with warehouse safety, GMPs, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a team of warehouse employees, including assigning work and managing performance per policies.
• Lead by example in line with company values and safety priorities.
• Work in a fast-paced cold storage environment and mentor associates to improve performance.
• Train new hires on Arcadia systems to set them up for success within 90 days.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect customer assets through standard procedures.
