Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load, unload, stack, sort, segregate, and perform case picking in our Joliet, IL facility. You may operate a pallet jack as part of daily tasks.

We value accuracy, safety in line with OSHA standards, teamwork, and the ability to multitask. Roles vary by Operator I-III with experience in stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn and work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Solid work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, sort and segregate product.
• Perform case picking and assist with palletizing for transport.
• Operate pallet jacks as part of daily duties.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in handling procedures.
• Coordinate with teammates and leaders to complete tasks.
