Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load, unload, stack, sort, segregate, and pick cases. The role may involve using a pallet jack and requires teamwork to ensure accurate orders and safe operations.

Ideal candidates are capable of learning safety procedures, can work independently or in a team, and are willing to work overtime and weekends when needed. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to learn and retain safety procedures.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends occasionally.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Following proper handling procedures for products within the facility.
• Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders.
• Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Palletizing goods and materials for transportation on trucks.
• Coordinating with fellow warehouse staff and leaders to complete tasks.
• Performing other duties as needed.
