Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to perform shipping and receiving duties in a freezer environment. This role involves loading orders, organizing stock and labeling products for delivery.

The position requires basic physical strength and attention to detail, with on-the-job training provided. It offers full-time hours in a M-TH shift pattern with competitive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as a scanning tool.
• Talent Inventory – decision making, attention to detail, conceptual thinking.

Responsibilities

• Full case order selection.
• Oversee and manage carrying, sorting, loading and unloading product.
• Track inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect product for defects or damage, document and report accordingly.
• Ensures that product is packed and secured properly.
• Move product of various weight capacity and follow safety measures in a freezer.
• Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Preserve a clean and safe working environment.
• May operate warehouse machines, such as a Forklift.
• May be required to clean various areas of the warehouse.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
