Job summary

NEXT LEVEL STAFFING, LTD is seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to operate MHE and move products safely in a cold environment. This full-time role involves loading/unloading trailers, recording items via RF and meeting productivity standards.

The position demands standing for the shift, at least 2 years of stand-up forklift experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, basic math skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have stand-up forklift experience, with at least 2 years in last 3 years.
• Able to work in freezing temperatures for entire 8-10 hour shift (-10°F).
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Case picking, put away, bulk pick.
• Meet productivity rates set by facility.
• Operate MHE including pallet jacks, stand up forklift, and walkie riders.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height for outbound shipments.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and conditions via RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheets.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Load and unload trailers.
