Job summary

Pmalladmin is seeking a Freezer Order Selector to accurately pick orders in a cold storage environment. You will operate an RF scanner and a hand pallet jack to move materials through the warehouse and shipping line.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing 8+ hours per shift, and meeting daily production and accuracy goals while following SQF and safety standards. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Ability to use an RF scanner and follow order specifications
• Comfortable working in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (30 lbs. consistently)
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 8 or more hours per shift
• Must meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow SQF and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Pick product from inventory using an RF scanner in cold storage
• Ensure correct SKU and quantity are selected based on order requirements
• Use RF scanner to input data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Palletize products and transport pallets to the staging area using a hand pallet jack
• Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy standards
• Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and safety protocols
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
