Job Summary (Essential Job Duties Only):

1. Product must be properly counted, stacked, and placed on good wood.
2. Responsible for ensuring no damaged product is on the pallet.
3. Order Selector will be held accountable for the accuracy and quality of the load.
4. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
5. This position requires the operation of a stand-up forklift.
6. Must operate the forklift safely and in compliance with safety policies.
7. The operator is expected to operate the forklift up to 90% of a 12-hour shift.

Special Skills Required:

• Willingness to tolerate continuous physical labor in a cold (-10°F), humid environment (9-11 hours per day).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to stack pallets (9-11 hours per day).
• Perform proper lifting techniques, including bending at the knees and pivoting.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Walk extensively during shifts.

Requirements:

Experience must be listed on the application to be considered.

• 6 months of forklift and warehouse experience with a single employer in the last 5 years.
• Experience in stand-up forklift and cold storage warehousing preferred.

Starting pay rate: $25.55/hr

• Night Shift Premium: $0.90/hr

Currently hiring for D shift only:

Shift availability is determined by business needs at the time of offer.

Shift:

• Wednesday: 1:00 AM to 7:15 AM
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Note:

This location is not considering prior Tyson Team Members at this time.
