Job summary

Join Mcarthur Next as an Order Picker not forklift certified. You will pick orders, palletize, load and unload products, and work at any station in Load-out/Freezer/Cooler areas. The role supports production and warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include pulling items for orders, using manual equipment as allowed, keeping records, and communicating issues across departments. A strong team player with GMP adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and unit conversions
• Experience in food/beverage industry preferred
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

• Pull products for customer orders
• Operate/assist with material handling equipment when certified
• Build pallets following load sheets
• Maintain accurate load, inventory and scrap records
• Ensure proper code dates and product rotation
• Communicate issues to management and other departments
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
