Job summary

JTM Food Group is seeking a Material Handler for its distribution operations. This onsite role involves operating a forklift and pallet jack to move, count, and stage product in a freezer environment, with a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 4:00 pm–2:30 am).

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, ensuring correct freight, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining stock rotation while adhering to safety and GMP policies.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to manage and verify inventory.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Unload/load trailers and verify proper stacking and freight.
• Report shortages, damages and misplacements to supervisor.
• Ensure proper stock rotation by following lot numbers.
