Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business education preferred.
• 2–3 years record management experience in produce preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, health and food safety practices.
• Experience with ERP software FAMOUS® preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Allocate commodities to meet customer orders in a warehouse setting.
• Perform daily inventory counts and QC reports for DC teams.
• Inspect product quality and sign-off for inventory readiness.
• Communicate quality issues to DC Management and Commodities.
• Complete shift reports and monitor aged inventory vs counts.
• Investigate variances to ensure product utilization.
• Monitor production schedules for availability and priorities.
• Coordinate with production supervisors on allocations and deadlines.
• Map product locations and guide forklift drivers accordingly.
• Mark product sequencing for delivery to production floor.
• Monitor rejections and perform root-cause analysis for your category.
• Track customer and grower product trends; support core expectations.
