Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is seeking Forklift Operators for our Laredo Distribution Center, a 187,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7.

You will move product in receiving, shipping or inventory, loading and unloading trucks, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. Responsibilities include operating a forklift, scanning barcodes, and maintaining accurate inventory with high safety standards. Requires a High School Diploma, forklift license, valid driver’s license/state ID, and eye exam

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift license required.
• Ability to use a scan gun and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Move product within warehouse and trailers using a forklift.
• Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate barcode scanner.
• Perform basic tagging and paperwork with high accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
• Report product quality issues to the supervisor.
• Inspect/load product per supervisor guidance.
• Assist in general warehouse cleanup and safety checks.
