Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory movement and order fulfillment in a refrigerated facility. You will move product with a stand-up forklift, maintain inventory flow, and ensure accurate tagging and documentation.

Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, reporting quality issues, and keeping work areas clean. A high school diploma and forklift license are required, along with a valid driver’s license and recent eye exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift license or certification required.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID and a recent eye exam (within 1 year).
• Ability to operate a scan gun and calculator with basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Move product within warehouse and trailers using a stand-up forklift.
• Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform basic tag and paperwork functions with high accuracy.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe and orderly.
• Report any product quality issues to the supervisor.
• Load, inspect, and sort product per supervisor guidance.
• Complete equipment checklists and report safety risks.
• Work in a refrigerated warehouse and lift up to 30 lbs.
