Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Material Handler 2 in Shipping to pick and unload products, verify orders, and move finished goods to the cooler. The role involves working in multiple refrigerated areas and ensuring proper temperature control and rotation.

Responsibilities include following GMP/PPE/Safety guidelines, using the JDE/DSI system with scanners, loading pallets, and staging orders by route. Minimum qualifications include a GED/high school diploma and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years forklift experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to have good judgment.
• Some specialized training such as warehouse clerk type roles with computer experience and / or inventory type roles / exposure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP/PPE/Safety, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines.
• Rotate product by date in the storage cooler while staying in rotation.
• Pick orders and stage by route; load pallets in correct sequence for delivery.
• Locate products in JDE/DSI system using a scanner.
• Wrap pallets and ensure correct pallets are used (iGPS, Chep, White wood).
• Move finished goods from production to cooler and maintain product temperature.
• Inspect trailers for odor/holes and ensure dock area is secure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
