Job summary

Lactalis USA in Londonderry, NH, is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our dairy logistics team. This on-site role focuses on accurate picking, safe forklift operation, and efficient pallet handling to support our cold-storage operations.

You will work 5AM-3:30PM Sun-Weds with a 5% shift differential, use handheld scanners, and participate in inventory counts while complying with food safety standards and the company's values of Ambition, Engagement, and Simplicity.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with handheld scanners for inventory accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick SKU, quantity, and BBD with handheld scanner.
• Safely operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Assemble stable pallets per customer specs.
• Wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipment.
• Move finished pallets to assigned locations.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Rework/handpack as needed to meet requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow food safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
