Job summary

Tyson Foods in Russellville, AR is hiring for an entry-level forklift operator on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:00pm). You will load, unload, and process products in a fast-paced warehouse, with safety first and PPE provided.

The facility operates seven days a week with possible overtime. A minimum of six months with a single employer in the last year is required; preferred forklift or warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of continuous work history with a single employer in the last twelve (12) months.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move around the work area at a fast pace and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
• Be available for overtime and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.
• Work in a cold storage environment and remain flexible to cross training.
