Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is hiring an Order Selector Operator for A shift in our refrigerated warehouse. You will stack cases on pallets using a lowboy forklift, following RF scanner instructions and system lists. The job requires lifting up to 70 pounds repeatedly and working in cold environments.

Starting pay is $25.45 per hour, with attendance incentives and shift premium possible. Benefits include PPE provision and boot reimbursement after completing probation.

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift/warehouse experience in a single employer in the last 5 years.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Must frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70lbs; sometimes up to 90lbs.
• Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, digits, and legs.
• Stand for extended periods with good balance.
• May wear corrective lenses; PPE may be provided for hearing protection.
• Pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanner to track products as they are loaded, unloaded, and moved.
• Stack cases on pallets in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Cross-train and be moved to other areas as needed.
• Follow Tyson policies and safety guidelines.
• Move at a fast pace during a 12-hour shift.
