Job summary

Tyson Foods seeks an Order Selector Operator for the E-shift in a refrigerated warehouse. The role involves stacking cases on pallets using a lowboy forklift and RF scanners to move beef and pork products efficiently in a cold environment.

The position requires standing, bending, lifting up to 70 lbs, and enduring a 12-hour shift with pay starting at $25.45/hour; PPE is provided after probation and attendance incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience through a single employer in the last 5 years.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Must be willing to frequently lift up to 70lbs and occasionally up to 90lbs.
• Need full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods with balance.
• May work with corrective lenses; PPE may be provided; must pass health assessment and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• During your 12-hour shift, move around the work area at a fast pace and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Handheld scanner tracks products as they are loaded, unloaded, and moved.
• Other duties may be part of the routine.
• Follow Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
• Cross train and be moved to other areas as needed.
