Are you experienced with forklift operations and ready to take on a role in a cold storage environment? Staffmark is seeking a Cold Storage Forklift Operator to join a reliable logistics team in Rogers, AR. This is your chance to work in a specialized setting where accuracy and safety matter most.

Pay: $16.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Load and Unload Shipments: Safely move palletized goods on and off trucks, trailers, and railcars-especially in cold or frozen environments


• Follow Temperature Protocols: Maintain product integrity by adhering to proper storage temperature standards


• Operate & Maintain Equipment: Perform basic forklift maintenance, including battery changes and safety inspections


• Track Inventory: Use scanners and electronic systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking


• Ensure Safety & Accuracy: Maintain high attention to detail while following safety procedures and warehouse standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a cold storage environment


• Must be comfortable working in low temperatures


• Special cold-weather gear is required and must be worn
