Walters Gardens, Inc. in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Cold Storage Coordinator to manage and coordinate product in our cold storage areas. This full-time role requires seasonal overtime and cross-training across different responsibilities within the company.

You will organize and stage product, unload from semi-trucks, stock in coolers and freezers, read reports to set priorities, and prepare orders for shipment. Proficiency with an RF gun and forklift operation is preferred, with CDL a plus.

Qualifications

Self-motivated and highly organized.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable working in coolers and freezers at 30–40°F.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Experience operating a hi-lo (forklift) safely and efficiently.
Proficient in using an RF gun for inventory and order processing.
Willingness to cross-train and work in various roles as needed.

Responsibilities

Organize and stage product efficiently in cold storage areas.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organized Cold Storage Coordinator to manage and coordinate the product in our cold storage areas. This full-time position requires seasonal overtime and a willingness to cross-train and work in a variety of roles within the company.

Organize and stage product efficiently in cold storage areas.
Unload product from semi-trucks safely and promptly.
Stock product in coolers and freezers, maintaining proper storage conditions.
Read and interpret reports to determine upcoming work and priorities.
