Job summary

Cold Stone Creamery South Florida in Pompano Beach is seeking a friendly Crew Member to greet customers, scoop ice cream, and keep the store sparkling in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work on your feet, handle the cash register, support your team, and deliver the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience with a smile.

Starting wage is at least $12/hour including tips, with flexible scheduling to fit your school and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours per day.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for ice cream.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store impeccably clean (New Car Smell).
• Recommend phenomenal ice cream to our clients.

The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.

Here at Cold Stone Creamery South Florida -We opened our first Cold Stone Creamery in 2003 and our 5th in 2009. Each of our family members is responsible for a unique functional area (operations, finance, marketing and PR) but we all work very hard to ensure that we bring our customers the "Ultimate Ice Cream Experience".
