As a Cold Station Cook, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and assembling cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, desserts, and prepping all food items offered in the restaurant. You will stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained for guest safety.
