A Cold Station Cook will prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant. A Cold Station Cook will stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time while ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety.
