As a Cold Station Cook, your responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and desserts offered in the restaurant. You will also prep and stock ingredients needed to complete orders on time, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained for guest safety.
