Qualifications

• A Line Cook - Cold Side Team Member is responsible for the preparation, production, and service of visually appealing, high quality foods, on the “Cold Side” of the line; primarily in the Sandwich and Salad station, in accordance with Urban Plates’ recipes and procedures.

• Prepare, produce and serve high quality foods on the Cold Side, in the Sandwich and Salad stations.
• Follow Urban Plates' recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
