Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member to support cold room operations, building and capping totes, and performing sanitation tasks. This role requires attention to safety, basic math, and the ability to work in a cold, noisy environment.

You will train with skilled operators, follow procedures, and contribute to product quality while maintaining good housekeeping and equipment care. Prior forklift or sanitation certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• English communication in writing and speaking.
• Basic math skills for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist cold room operator and train new team members.
• Build, fill, stage, and cap totes in the cold room.
• Perform basic sanitation and use of sanitizer on equipment.
• Inspect materials and report safety, quality, and sanitation issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping and operate tote pallet systems.
