Description

The Cold Production Cook is responsible for the daily execution of service, production tasks and maintenance of all department revenue areas. They must use solid cooking fundamentals and techniques and adhere to all sanitation guidelines. As the Cold Production Cook, you are responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service.

What You Will Bring

Passion for Customer Service.

Self-motivation.

Detail oriented nature.

Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 1 Year Cooking Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.

Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

What You Will Do

Resets and Stocks Cold Revenue Centers each day

Completes Daily List Of Production Tasks As Assigned By The Production Lead Or Team Leader To Support All Revenue Centers, Including But Not Limited To

Sandwiches

Pizzas

Dips

Packaged Salads and Buddha Bowls

Packaged Meal Program

Bentos and Parfaits

Packaged Soups

Composed Salads and Large Batch Recipes

Maintains best practices with safe food handling, sanitation and proper rotation of product in coolers, revenue centers and storage areas

Handle Customer complaints or issues in a professional, courteous, and thoughtful way.

Help other Team Members in the Prepared Foods Department.

Communicate effectively with Customers, Team Members, Store Leadership and Director Group.

Adhere to all Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
