dnata catering is seeking a Cold Kitchen Assembly team member to meticulously prepare and assemble a variety of cold items for airline passengers. You will follow standardized recipes, portion items accurately, and maintain food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in cold storage areas, support the culinary team, manage inventory, and help ensure timely production and delivery of meals while upholding HACCP/GMP policies and a strong team ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in food preparation.
• Flexible schedule required, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to unit-specific entry procedures and sanitation standards (HACCP/GMP).
• Read charts and work orders to determine type and quantity of items to assemble or package.
• Portion and garnishing of prepared foods into trays or containers.
• Return unused items to storage or dispose of them per procedures; rotate stock.
• Retrieve and position cold items from refrigeration for assembly.
• Load completed meal trays into carts or containers for transport to aircraft.
• Work regularly in cold environments (35-40°F).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
