Cold Headed Fastener Header Tool & Die Maker

Our client is now hiring a Cold Headed Fastener Header Tool & Die Maker for first shift!

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for die header repair and make tools for single die and multi-blow cold headers.
• Operate machines as needed including EDM's, hones, grinders, reamer grinders, presses, lathes and mills.
• Replace and repair carbide and tool steel header die tooling and the assembling of header dies.
• Grind, hone and polish carbide products along with segmented hex inserts.

Requirements

• At least one year as a Cold Headed Fastener Header Tool & Die Maker is required. More experience is preferred.

Compensation

The targeted annual starting salary for this position ranges from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour.

Annual Compensation:
$95,000 per year
