Job summary

Compass Group USA through Eurest is hiring at Subaru Camden for Cold Food (Salad) roles, full-time and part-time. Responsibilities include slicing meats and cheeses, assembling sandwiches and salads, and maintaining sanitation and quality in a fast-paced deli setting.

Schedule is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with no nights or weekends and opportunities for growth with a competitive $18–$20 per hour wage. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Deli experience preferred.
• Ability to operate slicing and cutting equipment safely.
• Attention to quality, portion control, and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following merchandising guidelines.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food in designated areas following HACCP procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors.
