Qualifications

• Previous guest-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads to approved standards.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Operates slicing machine to achieve designated thickness.
• Maintains sanitation and safety per HACCP guidelines.
• Coordinates with Chef on daily production schedule.
