Qualifications

• Ability to work in cold environments (28-40°F or below).
• Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and verifying quantities.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Receive and communicate clearly with supporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw materials from freezers/coolers based on daily orders and requests.
• Verify product codes, lot numbers, weights, and quantities against work orders.
• Follow FIFO or FEFO inventory rotation practices.
• Transport materials using buggies, pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks.
• Inspect products for damage or temperature abuse and report issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
