Job description

We are looking for professionals to join our Byhalia, MS team as a Cold End Operator-Bagger/Bundler.

Packaging Machine Operators are members of the Production line and work as a team to ensure production goals are achieved.

The position is scheduled from 5:00PM-5:00AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

  • Must be able to take direction and work at times with minimal supervision.

What you will be doing:

  • You will conduct Foil roll and Bundler roll changes as needed.
  • Keep bagger and bundler deck in proper condition and ensure baggers are and bundlers are adequately supplied.
  • Remove and store excess bag rolls or bundler rolls in order to maintain a safe work area.
  • Re-wrap undamaged product and properly report and dispose of damaged/faulty product.
  • Maintain proper inventory of labels.
  • Locate and correct all improperly labeled product.
  • Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
