Overview
Role: Cold Email Inbox Manager (Associate of Investor Relations)
Hours: U.S. Based, 9AM–5PM EST required
USD Salary: $800 - $1,000 USD per month | $5 -$7 USD per hour
Responsibilities
- Inbox Execution: Manage multiple cold email inboxes with high response volume.
- Identify and qualify investor interest based on set guidelines.
- Schedule investor meetings onto Client’s calendar.
- Escalate qualified responses to clients and the company’s leadership.
- Ensure same-day turnaround for all priority responses.
- CRM & Systems Management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records in Pipedrive and Notion; tag and track investor activity for pipeline visibility; support campaign tracking, A/B testing, and response categorization.
- Operational Support: Communicate closely with Investor Relations Associates and leadership; troubleshoot issues with email deliverability or inbox performance; assist with refining outreach workflows and triage rules.
- Professional Representation: Maintain a polished, institutional-grade tone in communications; join occasional investor-facing video calls as needed.
Qualifications
- Cold Email Experience: Prior experience managing cold email campaigns (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.) for agencies or growth firms.
- CRM Skills: Hands-on experience with CRMs (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and process-driven data entry.
- Tech Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, modern computer setup, and quality webcam for virtual meetings.
- Work Hours: Must be available 9AM–5PM EST, Monday–Friday.
