Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation (Cencora) is seeking a warehouse support associate in Sugar Land, TX. The role monitors temperature-sensitive materials, updates inventory and shipment records, and ensures accurate flow of goods from receiving to shipping.

You will follow established procedures, maintain logs, and help prepare packaging and outbound activity. A High School Diploma is required; CSCP certification is preferred; less than 2 years of experience in warehouse roles is acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
