You will build pallets safely, operate equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack, perform order audits, and maintain cold-chain integrity where required. The role involves lifting and occasional cold work, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pallets of product are built safely and efficiently to minimize damage and maximize trailer space.
• Safely operate equipment used in duties, including forklift, pallet jack, and/or Vocollect.
• Perform order audits to determine accuracy and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of quality standards/specifications for all products.
• Inform operations management of daily quality issues using reports and other communications.
• Maintain cold chain integrity on loads with temperature requirements.
• May work in cold temperatures; lift 20-25 pounds on average; heavier up to 50+ pounds occasionally.
