Job summary

ALL IN ONE Employment Services in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Solutions Architect / Cold Chain Logistics Engineer to design, optimize, and scale warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations for perishable freight. You will lead cold storage facility design, cross-docking, and temperature-controlled routing while integrating logistics software to ensure product integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics design or cold-chain management, hands-on WMS/TMS experience, and

Qualifications

5+ years of operational design, logistics engineering, or cold-chain management in freight forwarding or 3PL.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Hands-on experience with WMS and TMS implementations or configurations.
Knowledge of perishable freight handling and cold storage operations.

Responsibilities

Design warehouse layouts, temperature-zoned staging areas, and cross-docking procedures.
Engineer cold-chain distribution networks including air, ocean, drayage, and final-mile transport.
Select and implement logistics technology including WMS, TMS, and real-time temperature logging.
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance (FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA).
