Job summary

Ukrop's Homestyle Foods in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Full-Time Order Selector to join our refrigerated warehouse team. You will help accurately pick, stage, and ship products while upholding safety, quality, and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), at least one year of warehouse experience, and a willingness to work in a cold, physical setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing, distribution, safety, and security support operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Ukrop's food safety standards.
• Maintain product integrity and proper cold chain environment.
• Replenish pick locations and manage inventory.
• Select, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.
• Assist with cross-docking and trailer loading/unloading.
• Report on product quality issues and food safety concerns.
• Support SQF, HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs protocols.
