Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting for a Machine Coiler Operator for a manufacturing client in the area. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour.

You will set up and operate automatic spring coiling machines, install and align tools, and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong math skills and the ability to read and use precision measuring tools are essential for success in this

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates automatic spring coiling machines to fabricate a variety of steel springs according to specifications
• Installs and aligns required tools, dies, and equipment on machine
• Threads raw material through tools, dies and equipment on machine
• Utilizes measurement tools (scale, calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify part specifications
• Makes mechanical or software adjustment required to produce first piece approval sample within specifications

Our client who is, a manufacturer of mass-produced custom spring solutions from design to production, is in need of a Machine Operator:

• Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
• $19.50/hour

Machine Coiler Operator

• Sets up and operates automatic spring coiling machines to fabricate a variety of steel springs according to specifications
• Installs and aligns required tools, dies, and equipment on machine
