Go Coil is seeking a Pump Operator - Coiled Tubing in Midland, TX. This entry-level role supports ground operations on site, monitors equipment status, fuels activities, and assists in rig-up/rig-down and well swapping under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining tool readiness, monitoring fluid levels, supporting safety procedures, and communicating with the services supervisor to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tool Trailer readiness through cleaning, sorting, and inventorying tools/materials.
• Support ground operations and monitor fluid levels under supervision.
• Assist in rig-up/rig-down and swapping wells under guidance from senior personnel.
• Monitor area conditions and alert supervisors to wellsite issues.
• Ensure jobsite tidiness and safety barriers; follow PPE and STOP WORK procedures.
• Communicate with services supervisor to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
