ADP, Inc. Midland, TX is seeking a Coil Operator - Coiled Tubing. This entry level role operates and maintains the CTU and related equipment, testing for readiness and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities include pre-job testing, safe equipment handling, and mentoring junior crew members while delivering professional on-site service. This position requires the ability to work a rotation schedule and stay physically fit.

Competenze

• Knowledge of CTU rig-up/rig-down sequence.
• Experience operating coiled tubing pumping units.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule and stay fit for duty.
• Ability to relay detailed directions to onsite personnel.

Mansioni

• Operate CTU control console with BOP, Injector Head, and reels.
• Perform pre-job testing and report results to supervisor.
• Model safe and efficient service delivery on site.
• Coordinate rig-up/rig-down with crew and third parties.
• Maintain CTU readiness with inspections and documentation.
• Mentor junior crew and provide on-site customer service.
• Record events and pass down status to relief operator.
