Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wind coils following instructions using a coil winding machine with supervision.
• Fabricate and install coil forms onto the winding machine with supervision.
• Wind copper or aluminum conductors around the form with supervision.
• Install taps using a soldering iron or torch, with supervision.
• Install insulating materials between conductor layers, with supervision.
• Prepare coils for treatment procedures per JobPack for review by a senior winder.
• Take resistance readings and perform continuity checks with supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work area.
