HPS Micron Group LLC in Sterling, IL is seeking a Coil Operator I to join our Coil Assembly Team. You will produce high‑quality transformers, operate winding machines, and follow safety and 5S standards to keep work areas clean and organized.
You will work both independently and with others, read Bills of Materials and Orders, and maintain equipment. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and teamwork while supporting production goals.

As part of the Coil Assembly Team, the Coil Operator 1 plays a critical role in producing high-quality transformers efficiently and safely. This role operates within a dynamic and collaborative manufacturing environment where teamwork, integrity, and respect are highly valued. The operator will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
