Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, MS is seeking a skilled production operator to support the Crating area and coil manufacturing processes. You will assist experienced operators, set up equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and help ensure schedules are met while promoting safety.

Responsibilities include operating and setting up equipment, locating required tooling, making arithmetic calculations, reading blueprints and bill of materials, and using measuring devices to verify

Qualifications

• Ability to perform math calculations and read blueprints.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Make basic adjustments to equipment to keep process in control.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and use hoists/tools for heavier items.
• Stand and walk for long periods; bending and stooping required.
• Ability to multitask to keep progress.
• Must be mentally and visually alert and self-motivated.
• Able to work any hours required.
• Assist in personnel training as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment in the Crating area.
• Identify required tooling and ensure work is correct.
• Make arithmetic calculations and read bills of materials.
