Responsibilities include transporting coils, inspecting quality, and reading production schedules. The position requires 12-hour rotating shifts, and a strong emphasis on safety and reliable attendance.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and comprehend schedules and SOPs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to safely operate small manual and electric hand tools.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends.
• Regular and punctual attendance required.
• Forklift experience and overhead crane experience are highly desired.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieve and transport bare coils; maintain flow to lines by safely operating cranes, forklifts, and upenders without damage.
• Trim, package and band finished coils per customer specs using proper skids, bands, pads and wraps.
• Inspect coils and report defects.
• Read and interpret production schedules.
• Identify correct skid and package as per schedules.
• Record coil weights and order numbers accurately.
• Load or unload coils onto or off trucks.
• Starting pay rate: $21.83/hr.
