Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an entry-level inspector/handler for steel coils at our Cusseta, AL plant. The role involves inspecting and installing steel coils, receiving raw materials, and distributing them with a forklift or overhead crane.

You will maintain material inventories and work on first shift (Monday–Thursday) with occasional extended hours or weekend work to meet customer needs. Candidate must be 18+, able to read/write/speak English, and have a high school diploma or

Responsibilities
