MDI is seeking skilled Assemblers to join our Cohasset location. This full-time role involves assembling corrugated plastic pieces into finished products with a high degree of variability. Candidates must be self-directed and able to work independently.

Starting base wage typically $11.47-18.70 per hour depending on Assembly Level, with potential pay increases within 30–60 days based on productivity, attendance and core values achievement. Comprehensive benefits apply.

MDI is seeking skilled, experienced Assemblers to work FT in our Cohasset location. Candidates will assemble corrugated plastic pieces into finished products. High level of complexity and variability of products and duties. Must be self-directed, able to work independently.

Assembler position pay varies depending on skills and experience, but candidates may be eligible for pay increase within the first 30-60 days when productivity, attendance, and core value criteria are met or exceeded. Starting base wage typically $11.47-18.70 per hour depending on Assembly Level.
