Requirements:

1. Should work in W2.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience with Cognos report development.
3. Good exposure to data modeling, PL/SQL, and Java.
4. Experience in installing, upgrading, and applying service packs.
5. Partner with business and BA to understand requirements, propose Cognos solutions, and provide visualization expertise.
6. Collaborate with technical architecture and infrastructure planning teams.
7. Understand enterprise applications architecture design and development best practices for analytical applications.
8. Participate in software upgrades, including customization and performance testing to ensure minimal business impact.
9. Additional BI tools/technologies experience such as Tableau and MicroStrategy is preferred.
