Cognizant Workday - Integrations Application Managed Services (Technical) Associate Consultant

Cognizant Workday practice is recruiting upcoming graduates for an entry-level consulting opportunity starting in summer 2025. We partner with Workday, a leading cloud-based software provider for HR, Finance, Payroll, and Student Services. As an Organizational Change and Training Associate Consultant, you will work with customers to optimize their Workday implementations.

The Workday Integration AMS Associate Consultant role is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to work with Fortune 500 companies and participate in all phases of Workday system implementations. We offer comprehensive training—classroom, virtual, and on-the-job—and a supportive network of mentors. Join our team of experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced HR/Finance Integration consulting environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Become a Workday advocate, collaborating closely with your team and clients to ensure project success.
  2. Support your team lead(s) in executing activities with high quality and within milestones or resolution times.
  3. Assist Lead Consultants in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions.
  4. Design integrations aligned with customer expectations and needs.
  5. Maintain clear communication with your team lead and Service Delivery Manager regarding timelines, tasks, risks, and responsibilities.
  6. Stay updated on Workday developments and project changes; seek opportunities for professional growth and demonstrate initiative.
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Up to 1 year of office work experience (preferred).
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or related fields.
  3. Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  5. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  7. This position is remote.
Compensation:

The annual salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and company policies.

Location:

Depending on your assignment, you may work remotely, in a local office, or travel 10-30% of the time.
