Cognizant Workday practice is recruiting upcoming graduates for an entry-level consulting opportunity starting in summer 2025. We partner with Workday, a leading cloud-based software provider for HR, Finance, Payroll, and Student Services. As an Organizational Change and Training Associate Consultant, you will work with customers to optimize their Workday implementations.
The Workday Integration AMS Associate Consultant role is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to work with Fortune 500 companies and participate in all phases of Workday system implementations. We offer comprehensive training—classroom, virtual, and on-the-job—and a supportive network of mentors. Join our team of experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced HR/Finance Integration consulting environment.
The annual salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and company policies.
Depending on your assignment, you may work remotely, in a local office, or travel 10-30% of the time.
