Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field required.
• Knowledge of Cognitive Theory and Social Learning Theory preferred.
• Prior experience in corrections or related field preferred.
• Ability to learn, remember, focus, and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers cognitive behavioral programming to clients as scheduled.
• Runs groups of eight to twelve clients.
• Maintains accurate client files and progress notes.
• Coordinates services with Caseworkers and other agencies.
• Completes required statistical reports accurately.
